VelvetLatch Property Watch and Concierge is led by a Colorado State University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a career dedicated to residential building performance and energy efficiency. With prior certifications as a BPI (Building Performance Institute) Auditor and HERS (Home Energy Rating System) Rater, and currently serving as the administrator of Colorado’s Affordable Residential Energy (CARE) Program, the foundation of VelvetLatch is rooted in deep technical knowledge of home systems. With many years of experience in home energy auditing, HVAC system analysis, sustainability consulting, and hands-on construction and weatherization work, VelvetLatch approaches each property with a systems-level understanding of how homes function and perform. Born and raised in Southwest Colorado, with longstanding regional ties and professional relationships, VelvetLatch brings both technical expertise and trusted local presence—ensuring homes are not only watched, but intelligently and thoughtfully stewarded.
